Bang Pu

(to be sung to the tune of Teddy-Bears’ Picnic)
If you go down to the mangrove swamp, St.Andrews school you’ll see,
They wander round exploring lots, around the mangrove trees.
They tested water, watched some birds, learned some new special mangrove words,
In the lovely, tidal, swampy Bang Pu mangroves.

The mangrove swamp is a hot old place but a lovely place to be,
We walked around and saw the sites – so much to do and see.
The waves rolled in, it was hot in the sun, but all the kids had lots of fun,
In the lovely, tidal swampy Bang Pu mangroves.
