Each year we welcome over 2,500 students and staff from schools worldwide.

If we learn to manage our natural resource we can secure the availability of them for the future.
On a 3 day trip to Samut Songkram, year 5 students from Brighton College explored a salt farm, sugar farm and fishing village to learn how these practices impact our planet. At the salt farm students discovered different uses for salt by making ice lollies, salted eggs and body scrubs. Walking around the Hoi Lot fishing village they interviewed a number of people to learn of their connection to the fishing industry and ocean. They also spent time with the local school children sharing their favourite games and helping to restore their mangrove forest. It was a very sweet ending to the trip as the students explored an organic sugar farm and helped make and taste sugar cakes!
